AOUX Studio designs and sells digital website templates and provides web design services. Online payments for digital products are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other approved payment processors. AOUX Studio is the seller of record, responsible for invoicing and VAT.

2. Scope of these Terms

These Terms govern your use of aouxstudio.com (the “Site”) and your purchases of our digital products (e.g., Framer website templates) and services. Separate written proposals or Statements of Work may supplement these Terms for custom design services.

3. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a contract.
If you create an account or client portal, you must keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Pricing, taxes & payment

• Prices are shown in [CURRENCY] and may change at any time before purchase.

• Taxes: Where applicable, VAT (for Sweden/EU) or sales tax (for other jurisdictions) is calculated automatically at checkout, based on your billing address.

• Payment: Payments are processed through Shopify Payments or third-party payment providers. Your invoice/receipt will list AOUX Studio as the seller and include our VAT number where required.

• You contract directly with AOUX Studio for your license and any services.
  
  
  

5. Delivery of digital products

After purchase, you will receive download links and/or access instructions (for example, a PDF with a Framer “Remix” link).
Links are for your personal/business use only. Do not share publicly or redistribute. We may rotate or revoke links to prevent abuse.

6. Licenses

6.1 Template license (default)

Unless stated otherwise, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for one (1) published website for your own business (single-site license).

You may:

• Use and modify the template to build one website for your brand/company.

• Keep or replace included demo images on that site.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or share the template, project files, remix links, or any part of it.

• Use the template for multiple websites or multiple clients without an extended license.

• Remove license notices or circumvent access controls.

6.2 Images included in templates

• All demo images are AI-generated by AOUX Studio and included for your purchased website.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or publish the images separately.

• Third-party fonts/icons are subject to their own licenses (noted on product pages).

6.3 Extended/agency licenses

Agencies/designers must purchase an extended license (if offered) or contact us for a custom license if using templates for multiple client projects.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Site or products for unlawful purposes, to infringe rights, to upload malware, or to bypass security. Abuse may result in suspension of access.

8. Support

Unless otherwise stated, template purchases do not include unlimited email support (e.g., setup questions, publishing guidance). Support does not cover custom design work.

9. Refunds & right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

• Right of withdrawal: EU consumers normally have 14 days to withdraw from distance purchases. For digital content delivered immediately (like templates), you lose this right once you consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the withdrawal right is waived. Shopify checkout presents this notice where required.

• Refunds: We may issue refunds in cases like duplicate charges or proven technical issues we cannot resolve. Refunds are processed by AOUX Studio through Shopify.

• Nothing here limits your statutory consumer rights.
  
  

10. Third-party platforms and dependencies

Our templates are designed for Framer. You must obtain a Framer account and subscription plan and any other third-party tools (domains, hosting, etc.). We are not responsible for third-party service interruptions, pricing, or changes.

11. Intellectual property

The Site, templates, graphics, and documentation are owned by AOUX Studio or our licensors. Except for the license granted in Section 6, no rights are transferred. You may not copy our marketing materials, product listings, or documentation without permission.

12. Warranties & liability

Templates are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee business outcomes, SEO performance, or revenue.
To the extent permitted by Swedish law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. Nothing excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

13. Governing law & venue

• These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

• Business customers: disputes are heard in the courts of Stockholm, Sweden.

• Consumers: you may bring claims in your local courts under mandatory law.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date is shown above. Material changes apply only to purchases after the update date.
